Phone captioning services for deaf and hearing impaired people

Hello Friends! I'm facing some internet relay service by contacting one of my friends, I found something called Captioning services for mobile hard of hearing and hearing impaired individuals. I'm curious to know more about it, so I did a little research and I found that this is equivalent to calling the relay service, but the improvement is completed. There is little about it in the relay calls; not be used by individuals to speak clearly impaired but improved with hearing loss.

Let me explain how this works: There are 3 parties involved in this ministry as in relay service call.

1. Deaf / hearing impaired (Calling Party)
2. The Called Party or the call receiving Party.
3. Operator.

People with hearing loss is called captioning services and the operator will call the number the party receiving the call, he spoke to the party receiving the call and answer the call given by the party receiving the color and captioned hearing impaired individuals, and this process continues.

Captioning services are provided for all in bound bound calls and outgoing calls to and from the beginning of deaf individuals and many companies that provide this service free cost.Availing or use of this service is also made easier for these companies. All people have to do is sign up with these companies, providing them with basic information that they requested, after receiving the information will be sent login beliefs and procedures for use of the email you specified.

Bingo! You can start using it.

I'll add the information above one can use the IP phone or cellular respiration using this service.
